Hello World!

Cookies have always been part of my happiest core memories, especially during family gatherings where they brought joy. Later in life, I sought out specialty cookie shops hoping to find the best cookies in town, but I was always left underwhelmed with the taste and texture. Thus, I embarked on an adventure to create my version of the best chocolate chip cookie. I started researching ingredients and the role they played in the flavor and structural integrity of a cookie and experimenting different ratios down to the gram. My passion project turned into Jen’s Doughjo.

At Jen’s Doughjo, I continue that journey to constantly evolve and draw inspiration from my Asian American upbringing. The menu changes often, offering cookies that are thoughtfully crafted to bring joy. My mission is to bring people together through the shared love of cookies.

How it works:

Pre-orders for the week open Sunday at 9:00 PM through Wednesday at 12:00 PM. Pickup is available Saturday in Fremont. For catering please email me at jensdoughjo@gmail.com.
